For these reasons, we commit to making every Future Forged product with a promise to you that every product, including customized products, are guaranteed—forever—against defect or any form of functional failure.

In the event any of our products are damaged or defective we will do what it takes to make it right by repairing or replacing your item at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

It doesn’t matter how it happened, whose fault it was or where you purchased it. If you ever have a problem, no matter the cause, we promise to take care of you. After all, everything we make is made to serve you. Forged 4ever.
